Java Error Help
For Dealers experiencing performance problems with the "view all" button in the Inventory section of Order Workbench, please follow the steps below:
  1. Download the "Windows (Online Installation) Java Update"
  2. A window will popup to "Run" or "Save". Click "Run".
  3. It will take a moment to download
  4. When the file is done downloading, click "Run"
  5. "Accept" the license agreement, and click "Next"
  6. Click "Next" to accept the "Typical" installation. Install will take a few minutes (time will vary depending on your system).
  7. Click "Finish" to complete the install.
