For Dealers experiencing performance problems with the "view all"
button in the Inventory section of Order Workbench, please follow the
steps below:
- Download the "Windows (Online Installation) Java Update"
- A window will popup to "Run" or "Save". Click "Run".
- It will take a moment to download
- When the file is done downloading, click "Run"
- "Accept" the license agreement, and click "Next"
- Click "Next" to accept the "Typical" installation.
Install will take a few minutes (time will vary depending on your system).
- Click "Finish" to complete the install.
