Accessing the GM Dealer Infrastructure Support Center
("DISC") from GlobalConnect
The purpose of the GM Dealer
Infrastructure Support Center is to provide dealer users with troubleshooting
assistance on computer networks, including Internet, network configuration, PC,
and other related topics.
DISC representatives will assess and assist in
resolving these issues related to dealer infrastructure that may cause
performance issues with GM applications. Qualified network engineers will
provide necessary diagnosis tools to help find the root cause of a dealer issue.
